Shipping & Returns
Each order is shipped directly from our Brooklyn, NY studio. Please note that candles are only made on new and full moons and that there may be a delay in shipment depending on inventory. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help you.
Because of the handmade nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless products arrive damaged. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization.
Damaged goods must be addressed within 5 days of receipt and return shipped within 10 days.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
